On February 14, 2008, Ms. Eileen Consuelo D. Valdecañas, Program Officer/Educational Advising Coordinator, Philippine-American Educational Foundation (PAEF) conducted a lecture-forum on the Fulbright Program at MMSU in two separate venues: Batac City  Campus (9:00 a.m.) and Laoag City Campus (2:00 p.m.).

            Miss Valdecañas had also presentations on the same program and on Education USA in general in other schools/colleges/universities on February 13 and 15. These included:Ilocos Norte National High School, Laoag City, University of Northern Philippines, Vigan City and Divine Word College of Laoag.

             A total of 177 students and faculty members benefited from the presentations.
